Delete your NTZ Play account

1. 1. Open the NTZ Play app and sign in.
2. 2. Go to Settings.
3. 3. Tap Delete Account.
4. 4. Confirm when the app asks you to.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted from our servers straight away, and you are signed out on every device. This cannot be undone.

Netizency administrator accounts cannot be removed this way — the app will tell you to contact support. Use the email route below instead.

Please send the request from your account's own email address so we can confirm it is you. If you email us from a different address, we will ask you to verify ownership before we delete anything.

• Your account record — your login and the account itself.
• Your profile details — your name, nickname and email address.
• Sessions and sign-in tokens — the active sessions and refresh tokens that keep you signed in, plus the record of your sign-in attempts.
• Push notification subscriptions — the notification tokens registered for your devices (web, iPhone and Android), so no further notifications can reach you.
• Share links you created — the links themselves stop working, along with their view statistics.
• Verification records — sign-in links, password-reset records and the one-time codes used by recipients of your share links.

• Approval history — when content is approved, rejected or commented on, the entry stored against that content records who did it and when, including the name, email address and comment text. Netizency keeps these as a business record of who signed off on which work. They stay attached to the content, not to your deleted login.
• Copies already sent — approvals and comments that were already synced to our project-management tools, or already sent as team notifications, cannot be recalled from those systems.
• Anonymised and aggregate logs — operational and security logs such as traffic volumes and error rates. These do not identify you. Short-lived security records that contain your email address or IP address (rate limiting, abuse prevention) expire on their own within a day.
• Crash reports — reports collected by Google Firebase Crashlytics are kept for up to 90 days and are not linked to your name or email address.

We may also keep information where the law requires it.

• In the app — immediately. The deletion happens as you confirm it.
• By email — within 30 days of us receiving and verifying your request. We will confirm by email once it is done.
